UK DELIVERIES

1.1 - We use a range of Royal Mail services for UK deliveries, which service we use depends on your selection during checkout.


1.2 - We aim to despatch all orders received before 2pm the same day, unless stated otherwise on the product page. We ship orders Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays. Orders shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class / 24 are generally delivered the following working day after despatch. Royal Mail 2nd Class / 48 generally takes 2-5 working days.


1.3 - Unless a longer dispatch time is indicated on the product page, we will contact you if we are unable to ship your order within 24 hours.


1.4 - Orders below £30 are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class / 24 or Royal Mail 2nd Class / 48 as per your preference. It is your choice to select either the standard or tracked service. Each service has their own benefits and drawbacks.


Standard deliveries : require no signature, but can be tracked.


Tracked parcels : may require someone to be home to accept delivery. If no one is available, your order will be taken to your local Royal Mail delivery office or sorting facility for you to collect, or left in a suitable "safe place". Royal Mail can normally rearrange a new delivery date via their website, however this service is not available in some areas. If you need to collect your order from your local delivery office, please remember to take valid photographic ID with you.

 

1.5 - Orders above £40 are sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked or 48 Tracked only.

1.6 - If you have not received an order sent via 1st Class / 24 after 3 working days from the date of despatch, please contact our customer support team at help@vapegoodeliquid.co.uk

1.6a - If you have not received an order sent via 2nd Class / 48 after 5 working days from the date of despatch, please contact our customer support team at help@vapegoodeliquid.co.uk

1.7 - If you change your mind about an order and want to return it, please let us know before opening the items. Once an item is opened, we cannot refund or exchange the item, unless the item is faulty. To arrange a return, please contact our customer support team at help@vapegoodeliquid.co.uk

1.8 - We are unable to cancel, refund, or exchange an order once it has been dispatched, until the order is returned to us. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as early as possible to avoid delays or inconvenience!

1.9 - Once confirmed, refunds will be processed within 3 working days, to the same payment source originally used to purchase the order.
