Video Transcript: What E Juice Should You Buy? by DashVapes
How's it going guys? Dave here from DashVapes again and now that it's Tuesday, I think you know what time it is.
Alright, so today we're gonna be talking e-juice and which one suits you best. And as the show goes, we're gonna do that in two minutes or less. Timer's gonna be right here, let's get to it. So, a very common question that we get is what e-juice should I buy? So if you browsed our e-juice catalogue before, you can see that we have a ton of options to choose from. Now, a lot of people tend to get a little confused as to why this juice would be better than this juice, and hopefully this video will answer those questions. So to start out, e-juice is made of two main components: A vegetable glycerine and Propylene glycol also known as VG or PG. Now, all e-juice will come with a different VG/PG ratio. So the VG portion of the juice is essentially gonna carry the cloud production. Also, the more VG that you have in the juice means the thicker the juice will be. Now, some tanks tend to not wick properly with higher VG juices because the juice is that thick, but with more recent tanks coming out in the market, they're kind of catering to higher VG juices.
Now, the more VG in your juice also means the smoother your juice is gonna be. Now the PG portion or Propylene glycol, that's gonna be carrying all your flavour. Generally, the more PG you have in a juice, the more flavour you're gonna have in the juice. With that being said, a lot of brands have higher VG juices and still have great flavour. Now, I've tried an 80/20 VG juice that tasted better than a 50/50 juice and it's really all over the place. A lot of people actually have PG allergies as well. It's actually a lot more common than you think. When I used to work at the downtown Toronto DashVapes location, the amount of people that had a PG allergy that came in was actually a lot higher than I thought it was.
So if you notice that your juice is kind of scratchy on the throat or it's very, very harsh, you might have a PG allergy. And lastly is flavours themselves. Now, e-juice flavours are such a subjective topic where I could love this one juice and you could absolutely hate it and it's just different people have different taste. Now, one thing you can do to kind of find an e-juice flavour is if you go to dashvapes.com/guru, you can input everything that you like, everything you dislike, even your VG/PG ratio, and it'll spit out a list of flavours that match that criteria. And what I recommend doing is writing down all those flavours, coming out to a DashVapes location and trying them all out because we do have all our flavours for sample, and hopefully that can help you find your next favorite flavour.
