Zap Juice

I've gotta hand it to them. The lemonade they've got in this, it's one of the good ones. It's one of the good ones, that's a really zesty lemonade they've got in here. If you're a fan of lemonade vapes, Lychee Lemonade might be the one for you... A little hint of the Lychee coming in. It doesn't really start to kick in until you're progressing through the exhale, but that lemonade, that lemonade's a really good one. Really nice lemonade. I don't know who done the flavouring of the lemonade in this, but it's a traditional one. It's not that fuzzy, sweetened crap, you know that carbonated stuff, it's a traditional lemonade. You can actually taste the lemon going all the way through it. Very zesty, very tangy. If you're not a fan of traditional lemonades, you might not like this, because the lemonade's a little bit in your face. Yes. What we gonna do next? Okay, Purple Slushy is the one which sounds as if it's probably got menthol in it, so we're going to move to another drink, Vintage Cola.

Like a barbershop quartet, four flavours, get four, which is weird for a cola. Four flavours combined in marvellous harmony for a classic experience you will not forget. You know what that smells like? In the pub, if you go to the pub, and you get a vodka and coke, but you don't get the canned cola, you get the draft cola. If you've ever worked behind the bar, and you've had to replace the concentrate satchels or the concentrate boxes, because the way these draft things work, it's basically a tube of water that goes through the carbonation process. And there's a side pipe where the concentrate, it's like concentrated cola or concentrated lemonade.

New e-liquid companies in the UK. We're doing a juice review today folks. Very rare, for a relative newcomer to e-liquids to pop up with a pretty damn good presentation, a pretty good snazzy website and all the bells and whistles that you would expect from an e-liquid company that's been going on for like five years or so. But today, we're looking at ZAP! Juice. They're based in the United Kingdom. I think they screwed this up a little, but more about it once I basically do this, and hold up the rather dainty presentation box it all came in. Yeah. Juice review.

Okay. Judging by the cheat sheet, I should be looking at four e-liquids, Lychee Lemonade, Vintage Cola, Melonade and Purple Slushie. However, I think they've done a little bit of a screw up with the box that they sent me. 'Cause this one's got Vintage Cola in it and the little mini Unicorn bottle also has Vintage Cola in it. So it's not gonna be the full range. We are missing... We're missing Melonade. That's the one we're missing. So we're looking at three, which is three quarters basically, of the entire line from these guys here, ZAP! Juice. They're based in the United Kingdom. These are all 30/70, 30PG 70VG and for the most part, they come in these rather colorful bottles, all labelled correctly and all the rest of it with the Union Jack on the back. So, Freshly waxed tsunami, What are we gonna do first?

Purple Slushie sounds as if it's got some kinda menthol in it. So that goes last. Lychee Lemonade. We'll go for Lychee Lemonade. These are all 20 mL bottles, by the way folks. From what I can see, they don't do 30 mLs. They only do 20 mLs. And the nicotine ranges, for anyone wondering, zero or three is basically a dripping range of e-liquids. Lychee Lemonade. Okay, that is strong. Obviously, it's a lemonade with lychee in it, but that is a hell of a strong lemonade smell coming from this bottle. Right. Let's have a blast and see what it's like. That should do it. Freshly waxed tsunami with dry. There we go, Freshly waxed tsunami, on the Innokin Cool Fire IV TC, 18650, 0.75 ohm dual coil, 40 Watts, 5., Basically 5.3 volts. And they're off! Wow, they weren't wrong with the description. Damn. That is a really good lemonade they've got in there. Experience the tangy zest of lemonade evolving into an exotic sweet lychee. Beautifully balanced like a gymnast on the beam. Oh, unless it was me being the gymnast then I'd just fall off. Anyway...

As a fan of lemonades, right, there's good lemonades out there and there's a couple of bad ones, well not bad, a couple of overly sweetened ones. The lemonade they've got in this is a bloody good one. I'm liking this. Very, very subtle hint. There's not too much of a citrus note going on with this. It's a very subtle hint of a citrus note. The lemonade just goes through the entire flavour all the way to the aftertaste. The lychee for me isn't kicking in until about halfway through the exhale. I'm getting gobfulls of lemonade and then the lychee just starts to kick in as the lemonade's going through the exhale.

I don't know who done the flavoring of the lemonade in this, but it's a traditional one. Okay, Purple Slushie's the one which sounds as if it's probably got menthol in it, so we're going to move to another drink, Vintage Cola.

Yes. Back again, this is Vintage Cola. The description... I think I'm in the process of getting some kind of throat infection or something, my voice keeps knocking out. Like a barbershop quartet, four flavors, get four, which is weird for a cola. Four flavors combined in marvelous harmony for a classic experience you will not forget.

There's a little side pipe that goes under the water, draft dispenser. If you've ever opened up one of those draft cola, like pub draft cola satchels for concentrate draft cola, that's what that smells like. It doesn't smell like a cola bottle, it smells like draft cola from the pub. I have never smelled a cola like this before and it's a little bit cloudy. Normally when an e-liquid's got a little bit of cloud in it, it usually means there's two things going on: Either there's Absinthe, which I doubt 'cause it's a cola, or there's a little bit of citrus. I wonder... Freshly waxed Tsunami... That should do it. I wonder what they're doing with this. Vintage Cola, smells like draft cola from the pub, let's see what it taste's like. 40 watts, 0.75 ohm, dual coil, practically 5.3 volts, and we're off... There's a cinnamon in this. At least that first inhale, it tasted like a cinnamon. Hold on... There is a very subtle hint of a cinnamon in this. And I think what they're trying to do with this...

It's the cola flavour that I'm trying to lock onto to see if it actually tastes like pub draft cola. Hold on... It does actually taste very subtly like you're drinking a pub draft cola. It's not a cola bottle flavour, like that kind of meh, kind of candy cola. This is a pub draft cola they've got in here. But I'm putting more on, and that's because I'm going to sit here and chain this for a little bit. I think what they're trying to do, combine four flavors, now I know where the cloudiness has came from in the juice, it's probably coming from the cinnamon. It's not a cinnamon red-hot, it's a cinnamon flavoring. But it's a rather pungent cinnamon flavoring, and I'm trying to lock onto the other two. Four flavors, cola and cinnamon, I got those two, where're the other two... Is it even a cinnamon? I don't even know now. Hold on, I'm gonna cheat with this, folks. Because this is actually starting to throw me off a little bit. Vintage Cola.

Doesn't actually say 'cause the description on their website's just the same, Like a barbershop quartet, four flavors combine in marvelous harmony for a classic experience you won't forget.

That first vape, it tasted like there was a cinnamon in there and now I'm not actually sure if there is one in there after all. All I can say is this, the cola they've got in here, it's not a fizzy cola. It's not a cola bottle. It's not a candy cola. It's a pub draft cola, which I haven't came across. This is the first time I've came across a cola tasting like this.

And there may or may not be a hint of cinnamon going on in there. As for the other two flavors, I'm not entirely sure because they're all kind of mooshing up to make... You know what it tastes like? It tastes like a winter drink. That's what it tastes like. It tastes like a variant of a style of toddy drink. Yeah, like a hot toddy drink except, instead of the lemonade, it's cola that's been dumped in the toddy instead. That's what I think they're trying to go for with this.

If anything, if you're a fan of colas, you might like this because it's not your usual run-of-the-mill fizzy cola bottle kind of cola flavoring. It's a damn good cola they've got in here. I've got no clue who makes this cola flavour either 'cause this is the first time I've tasted it.

And as as you can see, I'm chain vaping on this. I'm liking it that much and I'm sure there's a cinnamon in there as well. That was Vintage Cola. Rather interesting. Rather interesting flavour. I just can't get my finger on it. And the description's not really helping much either. On to the last one. It would have been four but they sent two bottles of Vintage Cola over by mistake, so this is Vintage Cola in here, in the little, in the little thing, the little mini unit. I didn't know they were making unicorn bottles this small. But yeah, so we're onto the last one and this one, I hope it doesn't have menthol in it, but Inhale for the cool and breezy ice zap. That sounds like menthol, fucking hate menthol. Purple Slushie up next, yes.

And we're back again, Purple Slushie, Inhale the cool and breezy ice zap. Please don't let there be menthol in this. Exhale for the burst of indulgent grape. It's a grape slushie basically. Wow, that's a lot of grape. That is a lot of grape. There's just a nose full of grape I'm getting in this. Okay, oh hold on a minute. I thought for a minute this was a little bit cloudy as well but it's not. Okey-doke, let's pop this on the Tsunami and see what's going on.

Yeah, it's a nose full of grape as well in the smell. 40 Watts, 0.75 ohm dual coil, practically 5.3 volts, and they're off. Yeah, there's a menthol. It's not a lot, and I don't think it's even a menthol. I think it's a Koolada 'cause it's not ripping the back of my throat out. Yeah, it's a Koolada. It's not a menthol. And it's not a lot of Koolada. The cooling effect is stopping at the back of the neck right there. Pardon me. It's not going all the way down, so it's just a drop. It's probably just a drop. Just a drop of Koolada in something like a litre batch or something. Just enough to give the effect of the cooling on the tongue but not enough to go all the way down into the lung and set your lungs on fire. Yeah.

What can I say, folks? If you've ever been to the local chip shop; I know the local chip shop here's got a slush puppy machine. And they've got the classic raspberry; the blue one. They've got the classic strawberry; the red one. And they've got the purple one; which is generally grape. This tastes practically just like it. Yeah. Grape slushie. Grape slush puppy. That's what it is.

Very refreshing grape. It smells as if it's gonna be overpowering but the flavour is actually quite subtle, it's not too strong.

Nothing wrong with that at all. And there we go folks. And it's got really nice after taste. There we go folks. That was three, three out of the four from Zap! Because they made a mistake and put another Vintage Cola in the little unicorn bottle sitting here. The fourth one was Melonade, better than lemonade. It's Melonade, a luscious blend, ah and that's the one they missed out. A luscious blend of honey-dew melon and thirst quenching lemonade titillates your taste buds and satisfies your senses. That would have been nice. Honey-dew and lemonade, that would have been nice, but that's the one that's missing from the package because they sent out two of the Vintage Colas, but the three that I've got here; Lychee Lemonade, very zingy, very nice lemonade. Vintage Cola, I don't have a clue what's going on with that one. I think there's a touch of cinnamon in there, but I'm not too sure and the Cola is absolutely spot on. And the one I've just tried, Purple Slushie, it's a grape slush-puppy with a little tiny hint, tiny hint of Koolada sitting in there for the cooling effect in the throat.

These guys are selling 20 ml glass bottles for £9.99 and they've got the little tiny 10 ml unicorn bottles and the unicorn bottles are being sold at £5.49. There's no 30ml option, although they do have the option of this, which is a little presentation box, like a gift box kind of thing. It's like a little plywood box thing with a couple of hinges and a very nifty little clip seal at the front, kind of a... Here we go, good close up. Kind of a weathered brass effect clip going on with this.

But there we go. That was Zap! Juice from the UK. Pretty damn good range of e-liquids, okay one of them was missing, but pretty damn good range of e-liquids. I was well impressed with that, especially that Lychee Lemonade, because the lemonade in that is very nice, very nice.

Anyway. Big thanks to Zap! Juice for sending these flavours over for a review. If you are brand new to the channel don't forget folks, there's a subscribe button sitting down there.
